We invite you to join us each year in April for Charleston's Dogwood-Azalea Festival!
Tour the 6 mile trail when Charleston glows with the beauty of magnificent dogwoods and azaleas at peak bloom. Enjoy gorgeous historic
homes and three-generation dogwoods and azaleas - a true feast for the senses!

5K Race
Time: 17th - 2pm Cost: Pre-Registration - $15, Day of - $20
Race the beautiful scenic route in the oldest race event in Southeast Missouri! USATF Certified Course.
Charleston Arts Council Art Show
Cost: Free
Talented Local artists display original works of art. Some items are for sale.
Arts & Crafts Show
Time: 15th - 11am-7pm | 16th - 9am-5pm | 17th - 11am-4pm Cost: Free
Wood crafts, jewelry, and other quality crafts in a lovely park setting with food booths and entertainment.
Candlelight Tour
Time: 16th at Dusk Cost: n/a
While luminaries line the Dogwood-Azalea Trail and banks of azaleas glow underneath the spotlights. Enjoy entertainment along the trail.
Carnival
Time: 15th - 5-10pm | 16th - 10am-10pm | 17th - 10am-6pm Cost: Varies
Carnival rides the whole family can enjoy!
Carriage Rides
Time: 16th - 12-8pm Cost: $6 Adult, $4 Children
Tour the lovely tree-lined streets in a horse-drawn carriage.
Miss Dogwood-Azalea Pageant

Admire the region's beauties as they compete for Festival Queen
D&R Classic Toy Train Exhibit
Time: 14th - 1-4pm | 15-16th - 10am-4pm | 17th - 1-4pm Cost: Free
Railroad displays and running of vintage model trains and accessories from 1930's to present day.
Fish Fry
Time: 16th - 4-7pm Cost: $9 Adults, $5 Children
Charleston Kiwanis Club prepares fish with all of your favorite trimmings! Plenty of bus parking!
Hearnes Museum
Time: 15th - 9am-4pm | 16th - 9am-12pm Cost: Free

Historical Society Home Tour
Time: 14-15th - 10am-4pm | 16th - 9am-4pm | 17th - 1-4pm Cost: $3
Tour this lovely three story Victorian home built circa 1899! Today the Moore House remains one of the country's loveliest links to the past.
Home & Garden Tours
Time: 14-15th - 1-5pm Cost: $10
Tour the Moore Home and two other beautiful residences; walk through and vividly experience two spectacular gardens.
Ice Cream Social

Dogwood-Azalea Parade

Piano Praise Concert

Phillip's Exotic Animal Petting Zoo and Swine Races

Plant Sale

The Molly French Garden Club plant sale is a gardener's delight!
St. Henry's Church Tour
Time: 14-15th - 1pm-2pm Cost: free
St. Henry Parish has occupied its property along Court Street since 1873. The Parish began construction of the current Romanesque edifice in 1905, replacing a frame structure that had existed earlier. Archbishop John J. Glennon dedicated the church on June 4, 1907.
Quilt Show
Time: 14th - 12-5pm | 15th - 10am-5pm | 16th - 12-4pm | 17th - 1-4pm Cost: $2
A beautiful selection of quilts will be on display at the United Methodist Church
Charleston's Blooming Candlelight Review Show
